We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for our primary online courses. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. This policy is designed to give you enough time to evaluate our course material while protecting the intellectual property of our academy.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund on a course, your request must meet the following criteria:

The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

You have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Course progress is tracked automatically through our platform.

You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our system. We believe 25% of the material is more than sufficient to determine if the course is the right fit for you.
How to Request a Refund

Provide Details: In your email, include your full name, the email address used for purchase, and your order number or receipt.

Review: We will review your request and check your account activity (such as course progress) to confirm eligibility. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is officially posted.

All Membership Fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable except during the first 90 days from the beginning of the Membership Period under the condition that you have viewed no more than 50% of the lessons made available to you in the Trading Essentials, Technical Trading and Strategic Trading courses.
You can request a refund by emailing us at info@aplaymarket.com stating your wish to receive a refund and providing your full name. We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Once we receive your cancellation request, your access to the site will be terminated immediately.
Course Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges. However, in special circumstances, we may consider a request to swap your purchased course for another of equal or lesser value. Please contact us to discuss if this is possible for your situation. All exchanges are at our sole discretion.
